Visiting Kindergarten

How can I visit Melodies?

International Program

Please tell me about the International Program

Common language for communication is necessary for children in the global world. We have established the international program in 1996 by teaching natural learning English in daily life from babyhood.

Our International program has prepared a unique environment and curriculum for a child to develop English skills and learn western culture. Children will learn conversation, listening, reading, writing, etc. problem solving activities, through kindergarten’s event and routines.

Our native licensed teachers will teach by applying step by step learning concept such as pronunciation and vocabulary.

Japanese Program

Are there Japanese native teachers teaching the Japanese Program?

Yes. Japanese teachers have in charge of all classes in the Japanese program. All Japanese teachers have teaching qualifications from Japan. From N- K1 each class also includes a Thai assistant

Do you teach English in the Japanese Program?

Yes. We provide English lessons by native instructors from K1 level upward (2019 for nursery also)

Healthcare

In case of emergency such as sickness or injury, What hospital do you use?

We use Smitivej Hospital in Sukhumvit 49

What insurance does Melodies provide?

All children in the kindergarten are provided with group accident insurance.

Admission

Is it possible for enrollment during the academic year?

It is possible, however admission depends on available places.

What is your term schedule?

We have a 3 term system
1st term: Middle of April (after Thai new year) ~ End of August
2nd term: Beginning of September ~ End of December
3rd Term: Beginning of January ~ Middle of March

If parents’ nationality are not Japanese, is it possible to enroll their child ?

It is unnecessary for both parents to be Japanese in the international section. However, in the Japanese section at least one parent should be able to communicate to homeroom teacher in Japanese.

School lunch

Does Melodies provide school lunch ?

Yes we do. It is possible to select school lunch or bring your own lunch box. In case of school lunch, we have the option of; 5 days per week (every day) or 3 days per week (Mon – Wed – Fri)

Please tell me about school lunch.

Food is prepared at our site kitchen. We do not use M.S.G. at all. We prepare fresh ingredients every day. By having daily lunch joyfully with friends, teacher, even children who hate vegetables will recover from being selective eater.

School bus

Does Melodies provide school buses ?

Yes, we do. Each child has a seatbelt. We provide a bus attendant in each vehicle, they support and monitor the safety of children while on the bus.

What is the bus route?

We provide many school buses for each area. At present, our school buses are servicing from SUKHUMVIT SOI 16 to SOI 63. For other areas, please contact us.
